Once purchased, listing payments are generally final and non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations or voluntary listing removal. Genuine billing errors, duplicate payments and similar payment issues will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

If listings require manual renewal, the listing may expire at the end of the paid 12-month period unless another listing period is purchased.
Any genuine renewal billing error, including an incorrect or duplicate renewal charge, will be reviewed in the same way as other payment errors.
