Follow each step below to create your professional practice profile, add your services and specialties, complete checkout and submit your listing for review.
Professional Practice Listing – $40 Per Year
Professional practice listings are $40 per year with no directory referral fee on inquiries received through your listing. You will review the package contents and checkout details before placing your order.
Click the Add Listing Button
Find the Add Listing button in the top-right menu area of the website. On desktop, it appears as an Add Listing button. On mobile, it appears as a small blue button with a plus (+) icon.
Create an Account
On the sign-in screen, new users should click the Register link shown directly underneath the Sign In button. Create your account using your name, email address and password. If you already have an account, simply sign in instead.
Add Your Practice Details
Enter your practice or professional name and select the appropriate provider category, such as Psychiatrist, Counselor or Therapist. Complete the About section with a clear description of your practice, qualifications, experience and approach to care.
Add Images
Upload up to 10 images, including your logo, professional headshot, team, office space, branding or other relevant practice visuals.
Add Specialties, Expertise and Client Focus
Complete the Areas of Specialty and Treatment Focus, Specialties and Areas of Expertise, and Client Focus fields. Include your treatment services, the conditions you treat and whether you work with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples or families.
Add Services, Insurance and Payment Details
Complete the Services Offered field to indicate whether you provide in-person appointments, telehealth appointments or both. Add all Insurance Accepted and Payment Types Accepted, including insurance, cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and self-pay or cash-pay options.
Add Locations and Online Links
Complete the Locations Served field with your city, state, ZIP code and other service areas in the United States. Add your Website Link, Google Maps Link, Psychology Today Profile and any other relevant professional profile or social media links.
Add Contact Information and Description
Provide your phone number, business address and email address. Complete the About, Our Services, Conditions We Treat and Why Choose Us sections so potential clients can clearly understand your services, treatment approach and reasons to choose your practice.
Click Submit Practice
Once you have completed all of your practice details, images, specialties, services, locations, contact information and description fields, review the information you have entered and click the Submit Practice button at the bottom of the form to continue.
Review the Package Contents
After clicking Submit Practice, you will be shown the package contents for the $40 per year professional practice listing. Carefully read what is included, then scroll to the bottom of the package section and click Buy Package to continue.
Complete Checkout
You will then be taken through the standard checkout process for the $40 annual listing. Enter your billing information, select your preferred payment option and review the order details. When everything is correct, click Place Order to complete the purchase.
Listing Submitted for Review
Once checkout is complete and you have clicked Place Order, your practice listing will be submitted for review. We will check the listing details before it is approved and published. No further action is required unless we contact you for additional information or changes.
